INSTRUCTIONS
- Take boiled green gram in a bowl and mash it.
- Add oats powder chopped onion, green chillies,coriander leaves,and grated carrot.
- Then add salt,ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and chaat masala.
- Mix well with your hand.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a tikki.
- Heat a cast iron tawa and apply a little oil with the help of a brush.
- Place the tikkis on tawa, shallow fry them on both sides.
- Arrange them on a serving plate, sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder.
- Serve with green chutney.
