Indulge in these wholesome cutlets as a guilt-free snack or a nutritious complement to your heart-healthy meal. The combination of sprouted moong and oats offers a protein-rich and fiber-packed  treat for your heart and overall well-being.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take boiled green gram in a bowl and mash it.
  • Add oats powder chopped onion, green chillies,coriander leaves,and grated carrot.
  • Then add salt,ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and chaat masala.
  • Mix well with your hand.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a tikki.
  • Heat a cast iron tawa and apply a little oil with the help of a brush.
  • Place the tikkis on tawa, shallow fry them on both sides.
  • Arrange them on a serving plate, sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder.
  • Serve with green chutney.
