What is our requirement? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager who brings a wealth of expertise in branding strategies and a profound understanding of managing both Organic and Paid social media channels. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and achieve business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Creating social media content that compliments the brands voice and goals
Finalizing the graphics and videos
Working on content creation per the trend and industry
Developing and implementing a social media strategy that supports our brand goals
Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
Identifying target audiences, selecting social media platforms, and creating a content calendar
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing that effectively contribute to the accomplishment of corporate marketing objectives
Create marketing campaigns using Google and Meta Ads
Plan and execute various marketing strategies for increased sales and brand awareness
Monitor changes in search engine algorithms and adjust accordingly
Identify new trends and ensure campaigns are current, competitive, and relevant
Develop and implement SEO strategies and plans
Optimize web content by researching target keywords
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Completed graduation in a relevant field or certified course in digital marketing
Minimum of 1 year experience
Proven experience as a Brand Manager
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics, and make data-driven decisions
