INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place a large pot and dry roast the makhana until they become crisp. Set aside.
  • Take a large bowl, add chopped tomato, cucumber, onion and coriander leaves.
  • Add roasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds and stir.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, chat masala, salt and green chili and lime juice to the bowl and mix well.
  • Add roasted makhanas and mix it well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
